Tacoma Proctor Arts Festival Saturday

I am going to be at the Proctor Arts Festival in Tacoma on Saturday August 1st. It is the biggest arts festival in Tacoma and should be a lot of fun. Proctor Arts Festival. The festival runs from 10am to 5:30pm.It is supposed to be a hot one tomorrow, so bring along your big hat and lots of water.
